• Payment must be made in full before an order is shipped.

• Shipping times and costs will be displayed at checkout. NEUCO, Limited is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external circumstances.

4. Returns and Warranty

• The Pullstarter comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

• Normal wear, misuse, or improper use is not covered.

• Returns or warranty claims must be initiated through our Contact page. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

5. User Responsibilities

By using this product, you agree:

• To operate the Pullstarter only as directed in the provided instructions.

• To use compatible drills (18–22V, 1,800–2,300 RPM recommended).

• That NEUCO, Limited is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse, modification, or operation outside recommended guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and product designs, are the property of NEUCO, Limited and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
