1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic Shipping (USA): Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by the destination country. NEUCO, Limited is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can assist with a replacement or refund.

NEUCO, Limited is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
6. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or countries restricted by U.S. export regulations.

Power tools (such as drills) are not included with the Pullstarter and are not available for shipment.
