1. Refunds & Returns

  • Eligibility: You may request a return within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Refund Method: Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect.

2. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

3. Warranty Coverage

  • Warranty Period: The Pullstarter is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

  • Coverage: The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, modifications, or use with incompatible tools or engines. Normal wear and tear is also excluded.

4. Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, please provide:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Photos or description of the issue

  • Your contact information

We may require the product to be returned for inspection before approving a repair, replacement, or refund.

5. Shipping for Returns & Warranty

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective, damaged, or an incorrect item was sent.

  • For approved warranty replacements, NEUCO, Limited will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product back to you.
